RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at lojabenumodas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lojabenumodas@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
